Tips To Lose Weight!

Today I will show you how to lose weight. I been using this method for years and it pays off. :D
         Here is some steps:

  • Cut off the fat the stuff.
  • Get some healthy stuff.
  • Go exercise.
  • Get good rest don't be lazy though. 
        Here is a good diet:
         Burgers(meat)
         Ice Cream(dairy)
         Fried Vegetables(vegetables)
         Cookies and Brownies(they taste good)
         French Fries(they look cool)
